Will there be transportation to and from the venue on the night of the wedding?

Boulder:

There are two locations from which shuttle services will be provided to and from the wedding—one from the St. Julien Hotel & Spa, and one from the Residence Inn Boulder.

• If you are staying at the Hotel Boulderado: it is about a 3 minute drive or a 10 minute walk to the St. Julien, and we recommend you take this shuttle to and from Lyons.  • If you are staying at the Boulder Marriott: it is across the parking lot from the Residence Inn, and we recommend you take this shuttle to and from Lyons. 
 • If you are staying at Hilton Garden Inn or Embassy Suites, you are across the street from the Residence Inn, so we recommend you take this shuttle to and from Lyons. It's about a 1 minute drive or a 2-3 minute walk across the road. 
 • If you are staying at any other hotel or Airbnb/VRBO, there will not be transportation provided. So we recommend you plan to take one of the above mentioned shuttles or drive to the venue.

Lyons:

If you are staying at a WeeCasa Tiny Homes, the A-Lodge, or LaVern M. Johnson Campground—you will be within walking distance of the welcome party, venue, after party, and recover by the river. There are a few other Airbnb/VRBO's in Lyons, CO within walking distance as well.

There is parking at the venue. Please plan ahead to not leave your car overnight. However, if you do, policy states we must have all vehicles picked up by no later than 9am the following morning (Sunday).

What is the dresscode?

Riverside Dressy Casual

We want you to be comfortable at our wedding! The dress code is dressy-casual attire. For this time of year in Colorado, may we suggest the following attire:

• Women: sundresses, semi-formal cocktail dresses, lightweight separates, and flats or wedge heels for the outdoor ceremony on the lawn.
 • Men: light dress shirt with khaki or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties optional. The venue does not permit blue jeans.

Please note that although it may be hot during the day, the temperature for this time of the year in Colorado can drop when the sun goes down. Please bring a jacket/shawl to stay warm.

Question 6

Is the wedding outdoors?

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather dependent). Dinner and reception will be indoors.
Ladies be weary of heels, as the outdoor areas will be majority in the grass.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

While we would love to have all of the kids there, unfortunately children are allowed by invite only.
